The 15th Annual “Christmas on the Hill” Tour of Homes fundraiser in the Historic Government Hill Neighborhood takes place Sunday, December 11, 2011, sponsored by the Government Hill Alliance. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Tickets are available in advance at Erika’s & Brittney’s Women’s Clothing Store, Tank’s Pizza and Boehler’s restaurant, or by phone at (210) 271-9145.

New this year will be additional FREE family holiday festivities, sponsored by neighborhood business members of the Government Hill Partnership. Activities will include horse-drawn carriage rides through the historic neighborhood, food, music, and arts and crafts booths.

Palmetto – Built in 1907 & formerly owned by the Wurzbach family The Bullis House, 621 Pierce – Built in 1870 and now a Bed & Breakfast Inn Lambermont, 950 E. Grayson – Built in 1894 and now an events venue The Ashcraft Home, 421 Mason – Built in 1894 St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, IH-35 & Willow – Built in 1895 to serve the growing Catholic population in the area
